Kiwami

The ramen and gyoza bar uses top quality ingredients to create the finest taste. The tonkotsu broth is simmered over 10 hours using 100% Japanese pork bones, providing the rich and umaminess. The original-recipe noodles are crafted with Hokkaido wheat, a perfect complement to the A4/A5 Miyazaki wagyu (Japan’s No.1 beef), Hokkaido seafood, and fresh eggs imported directly from Okinawa. The Grilled Pork Gyoza comes with a choice of dipping sauce, and is best paired with Kiwami Freezers, made using soda water which is unleashed upon the ice through high-pressure carbonation and shochu.
